Nestled at the foot of Faulkogel, one of the most beautiful alpine valleys in the Salzburg region awaits you – with crystal-clear mountain waters, lush alpine meadows, and a breathtaking mountain panorama.

One of the highlights of the valley is the Marbach spring, which supplies Flachau with fresh drinking water and is famous for its outstanding water quality.

The gentle, family-friendly trail follows the Marbach stream through shady forests and past idyllic alpine meadows, leading you to charming traditional mountain huts. Here, you can enjoy homemade specialities and genuine Salzburg hospitality at the Prechtlhütte or the Ennslehenalm.

The tour is also a wonderful experience by bike or e-bike. You can conveniently rent suitable e-bikes directly at our hotel.

Getting there:
You can easily reach the starting point by car via Flachauwinklstraße to the car park at the entrance of the Marbachtal valley. Alternatively, you can get there free of charge with the Sportweltbus and your Guest Mobility Ticket.
