Advent market in Altenmarkt
Just a 5-minute drive from our hotel, the traditional Advent market takes place in Altenmarkt.
Admire the many arts and crafts stalls, the handmade Grundner nativity scene from the 18th century, the live nativity scene and much more...

Experience the special atmosphere at the Advent market every Saturday and Sunday from 2.30 pm to 8 pm between 22 November and 21 December 2025.


Bergsee.Advent in Zauchensee
A unique highlight during Advent is Bergsee.Advent in Zauchensee.
Right by the lake, you can enjoy breathtaking scenery with a magical spectacle of sound and light.

On 6 December, 12 December, 19 December and 23 December 2025, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. each day, you can visit this enchanting place with its play of lights and atmospheric sounds.


Salzburg Christmas Market
The world-famous Salzburg Christmas Market is one of the oldest and most beautiful Christmas markets in the world.
The Christmas Market has existed in its current form since 1974 and is characterised by its unique atmosphere, traditional huts and specially designed ‘starry sky’ lighting.

You can visit the Christmas Market from 20 November to 1 January 2026.
